Baked Chicken with Corn Flakes

My mother made this when we were growing up and used melted butter to dip the chicken, then rolled the chicken in crushed (with a rolling pin to make it like a flour type texture) corn flakes or rice krispies. Bake until done. YUMMY!!!! It is the best chicken you can eat with a very special taste. We also use PAM or a non-stick spray on the pan to prevent sticking.

My mother also made something very similar using corn flakes but she used sour cream instead of evaporated milk. The last time I had this, I was quite young (I remember sour cream but I do not know if there was anything else besides that). I do remember that it was awesome though.

A superb recipie, I call this Le Cruch as that is what it is, If you adore crunch this is for you, if you like indian cooking add some cumin and corriander, fenugreek (methi) and a pinch of Cheynne or chilli powder to the milk or egg or sour cream which ever you prefere awesome. Milk and egg is grat for the waist though as you want to eat this for ever.

Coat chicken lightly with light mayonnaise. Prepare cornflakes, crushed, grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle salt and fresh ground pepper on mayo coated chicken.. Coat it with corn flake cheese mixture, bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Yummy!
