PORK STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. pork steak
8 oz. wide noodles
1 can condensed chicken rice soup
1 can cream style corn
Cracker crumbs

Cook noodles in salted water. Drain. Cut meat in small cubes and brown thoroughly. In a casserole dish, alternate layers of meat, noodles, and corn. Season to taste. Pour soup over top and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

I season meat with salt, pepper, garlic, salt, and onion salt while browning.
