1 pkg. chopped spinach 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable mix Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable mix together. Drain and add spinach. Serve with pumpernickel bread! (Prepare at least 30 minutes before serving to give the vegetable mix enough time to soften.) Submitted by: Kristen | |

I add 1 small can of sliced water chestnuts (coarsely diced) to this recipe and it is great! Just the perfect amount of crunch. Also 1 green onion can be added (diced also).
