1 package spinach, chopped, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Prepare in advance in chill. Combine all ingredients, serve with bread cubes or crackers.

Refrigerate overnight.
