2 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. bacon drippings 2 large onions, chopped 2 bell peppers, sliced 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 (16 oz.) pkg. medium sized noodles 1 (16 oz.) block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes 1 (6 oz.) can sliced olives, drained salt and pepper, to taste Season meat with salt and pepper. Sear meat in bacon drippings. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Simmer for 15 minutes then add both soups, corn and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes. Prepare the noodles according to package directions in salted water. Drain. Mix all together then add the cheese and olives. Serves 10. Submitted by: Cade |
