SWISS CHOCOLATE PIE | |
1/2 c. soft butter 3/4 c. sugar (granulated) 2 sq. bitter chocolate 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Chilled baked pie crust Whipped cream Cream butter and sugar well. Blend melted chocolate squares, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs. Add these eggs, one at a time, beating each egg 5 minutes with an electric beater. Pour into chilled pie crust. Chill thoroughly. Cover with "real" whipped cream. Chocolate curls optional. This is delicious! |
