MUSTARD - BAKED RIBS 
2 lb. country style pork ribs

Mix and sprinkle on all sides of meat: 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Put in baking pan. Spread top and sides with mustard. 1 beef bouillon cube - dissolve in 1 cup hot water. Pour around meat in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste occasionally.
