Baked Ribs in Vinegar

 Gar Drake (Florida) says:
When I do ribs (or any roasting pork) I cook low and slow @ 300°F for 2 hours on ribs and 3 hours for rolled roasts. I add 1 can of beef broth and 1/2 cup vinegar, and cover. Adds a great flavor, makes great gravy, and you do not identify the vinegar as a taste.. YUM!!!
