PORK CHOPS WITH CHEESE AND
MUSHROOM GRAVY
 
8 pork chops
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown chops in oven (in cake pan covered with foil). Break cheese in pieces and mix with soup and milk. Pour over chops and place back in oven covered, until cheese melts (about 20 minutes). Bake at 375 degrees.

For leftovers cut chops off bone into pieces and mix chops and gravy with macaroni.
