PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
6 pork loin chops
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces
3/4 c. water

Cook pork in 10" oven proof skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Remove pork from skillet. Heat soup in skillet over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and browned. Stir in mushrooms (with liquid) and water. Return pork to skillet. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until pork is tender, about 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
