RASPBERRY AND HONEY TILAPIA 
4 fillets tilapia
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 11 x 7 inch baking dish and arrange the tilapia filets in a single layer in the prepared dish. Whisk together all ingredients (except fish) and pour mixture over the fish filets, coating the filets evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven, uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky with a fork.
