RASPBERRY SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. fresh raspberries
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic chile (available fresh herbs)
3-4 c. mixed green

Blend all ingredients except green in blender. Chill until serving time. Yield: 4-6 servings.

Diet can substitute water for oil, substitute squeeze orange juice for vinegar and sugar.

Can also be substituted the fruits of your choice such as strawberries, blueberries or red bell pepper for different flavor.
