BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked noodles
1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs

Brown meat; add onions but do not brown. Mix all together, except crumbs. Pour into 2 quart casserole and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10 easily.
