CROCK POT PORK ROAST WITH
VEGETABLES
 
1 medium pork roast
salt and pepper, to taste
6 small carrots, sliced diagonally
6 small onions, whole
4 small tomatoes, whole
garlic powder
1 pkg. pork gravy mix
1 cup water

Salt and pepper pork roast. Put prepared vegetables around meat; sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix gravy mix, water, and pour over vegetables. Cook for about 10 to 12 hours on low in Crock-Pot or about 2 1/2 hours at 350°F.
