BEST EVER TUNA CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. med. egg noodles
9 1/4 oz. can tuna
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. chopped onions (opt.)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
1/4 c. pimento (opt.)
1 tbsp. salt or seasoning mix
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1 lg. can peas

I sometimes chop 1/2 cup celery and other vegetables and simmer in liquid from peas before combining with other ingredients.

Cook noodles in salt water until tender. Drain. Combine noodles with tuna, Miracle Whip, vegetables and salt. Blend soup and milk. Add cheese. Heat until cheese melts in oven or on top of stove. Serves 4 to 6.
