BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM CHEESE BARS 
CRUMBS:

2/3 melted butter
3 c. graham cracker
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans

Crumbs: Combine and press into a 13x9 pan, reserving 1 cup crumbs for topping. Bake 7 minutes at 300 degrees. Take out of oven and sprinkle 12 oz. butterscotch chips over entire crust. Return to oven until chips are soft.

Topping: Beat ingredients well and pour over the crumb mixture. Top with remaining crumbs and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
