DELANEY'S CREAM CHEESE/OREO
BALLS

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1 pkg. Oreo cookies (double stuff is the best!)
1/2 bar white chocolate (Ghirardelli's baking bar)
mixing bowl
large Ziploc bag
cookie sheet with wax paper on it

Get out a large mixing bowl and put the cream cheese in it. Put Oreos into the large Ziploc bag and crush until small pieces. Then, pour Oreos into the bowl of cream cheese and stir. When done stirring, set off to the side and grab the chocolate.

Get a small microwavable bowl and put some of the chocolate pieces into it (not the whole bar though). I recommend that you use half of the bar. After you have put the white chocolate into the bowl, put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds just so it is melted.

Then get the bowl of Oreo and cream cheese and roll them into little balls about the size of a golf ball (little smaller). Put them on a cookie sheet after making them little balls.

When done shaping them, dip each one into the melted chocolate and place back onto the cookie sheet. Make sure the whole Oreo ball gets covered!

After all that, place them into the refrigerator for about 2 to 5 minutes to let them set. Enjoy your delicious Oreo/cream cheese balls!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
