This is the recipe I've used for years, but I mix the chives (or green onions) into the cheeseball and add about 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Then roll the ball in chopped nuts before serving.

This is a good one for any party. Try adding Worchestershire sauce for a little kick.

A real crowd pleaser is to make this recipe & guaranteed it will be loved by everyone even if you don't like horseradish. It is packed with flavor and not bland.

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 pkg Budding corn beef, cut up into small pieces
1 medium onion chopped up small
2 tbsp. Hellman's Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Horseradish (jar in refrigerator section)

Beat softened cream cheese, Mayo and Horseradish, then beat in the Corn Beef & chopped onions, serve with crackers.
I normally don't like horseradish but, this dip is addicting for all ages.
