BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, vanilla and egg; set aside. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Melt chips and butter; add crumbs and nuts. Press half mixture into bottom of pan. Pour in cheese mixture. Top with rest of crumbs (sprinkle over cheese). Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Check with toothpick. Refrigerate.
