JACK DANIELS CROCK POT BBQ BABY BACK RIBS | |
1 rack of Baby Back Ribs 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey 2 packets spiced apple cider instant drink mix 1 packet McCormick's original Chili seasoning mix 1 large bottle Sweet Honey Baby Rays BBQ sauce Whisk all the above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Remove the skin membrane from the back side of the rack of ribs. Slice between rib bones into single portions. Place the ribs into a slow cooker. Then pour the mixture over the ribs covering them completely. Set the slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours. They should fall off the bone - that's how tender they will be! Submitted by: Elmer Scott |
