BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

In saucepan melt morsels, butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half mixture firmly in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cheese until fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into pan, top with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting. Refrigerate bars.
