BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Melt morsels and butter. Add nuts and crumbs. Press 1/2 of mixture in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat cheese until fluffy; add milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour over crumbs. Top with the remaining 1/2 of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass) for 25 to 30 minutes. Chill before cutting.
