2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat, let cool just a little, then add vanilla. Set in pan of cold water and beat until it is spreading consistency.
