1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened

Mix together until doughlike and press into greased 9 x 12 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
3 eggs

Mix well and pour over cake mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When cake is cool, the top layer will settle in the middle. Cut when cool.
