1 box Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow with butter)
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Cream butter and 1 egg together, mixing well. Add cake mix and pat down in a long baking pan. Cream cream cheese and remaining 3 eggs, then add vanilla and mix well. Add confectioners' sugar and mix. Pour over cake mix mixture. Bake at 350°F for about 40 to 45 minutes.
