HOT DOGS, PEPPERS AND POTATOES 
8 to 10 hot dogs (or sausages)
5 potatoes, cubed
4 lg. green peppers, cut into sm. slices
1/2 sm. onion, sliced thinly (optional)
1 sm. can tomato sauce (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with oil so that pieces are lightly coated. Add touch of salt, pepper, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Add tomato sauce, if desired. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Continue baking until brown. Yield: 4 servings.
