MOM'S BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE
BARS
 
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chips in butter. Stir in crumbs. Press 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese. Add egg, vanilla and milk. Pour on crumbs in pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill.
