BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In saucepan, melt chips and butter, stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture on bottom of pan.

In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy, gradually add milk then egg and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pan. Top evenly with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool, chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
