BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Melt butterscotch morsels and butter in medium saucepan. Add graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 of mixture onto greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour over graham cracker mixture. Top with remaining graham cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars. Refrigerate.
