BUTTERSCOTCH POUND CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add flour and vanilla. Fold in nuts and butterscotch chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes and at 300 degrees for 55 minutes or until done. Use greased tube or bundt pan.
