JACKPOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. pkg. noodles
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat in oil; add onions and cook until golden brown. Add soup, water and noodles cooking until noodles are tender; stir frequently. Add corn, olives and half of the cheese. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart casserole topping with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

My mom use to make this once in a while, but mainly for pot lucks, she never cooked the noodles though, they cooked as they baked. I've made it both ways, they've never tasted as good as hers, no matter how often I've made it.
