PARMESAN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Potato Buds
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Grated onion or onion powder
Paprika

Prepare Potato Buds according to package directions, except leave out 1/2 cup water. Stir in sour cream and cheese. If you wish, season with onion and paprika. Transfer to casserole, dash a little more paprika on top and bake at 325 degrees 25 minutes.
