SPINACH CASSEROLE FROM SPINACH
PARMESAN
 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1/2 c. onion
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Saute onion in butter. Cook spinach and drain well. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, onion and spinach. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
