Great banana bread. Took it to work while it was still hot; dusted loaves with powdered sugar. Both loaves gone in 20 minutes. Everyone wanted the recipe. This is a keeper.

Recipe was easy and good!!! I throw ripe bananas in the freeze and then thaw them out when I go to make the bread.

Very good recipe. Nice and moist. I added some coconut because I like it and it was even better. Freshly ground spices -cinnamon and nutmeg- helped as well.

This recipe is awesome! Thanks so much for sharing it! My Mother had passed down my grandmother's special banana bread recipe to me, but I had misplaced it. This recipe is very close in taste and texture. It brought back many good memories for me as well.

My goto recipe! Very moist indeed and very suitable recipe to make it your own. I substitute white whole wheat flour, add extra bananas and reduce sugar by 1/3 to make it healthier.

The scant instructions could have been made more precise for inexperienced bakers but it only goes to show how no-fail it really is.

The "secret" to the moistness is the 1 cup of oil! This is an excellent recipe! It is very moist... I did, however cut back on the sugar by 1/2 cup... still delicious. I have received compliments from family and friends... which is always nice. This is my new "go to" recipe for banana bread. It will be yours too!
