VERY MOIST BANANA BREAD 
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. bananas, or more (I use 5-6 bananas)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. water
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Makes 2 large loaves of bread. Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

This is the BEST banana bread I have ever had! It is so easy to make and absolutely scrumptious. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy. The only thing extra I added was 1 tsp. of vanilla instead of 1/2 tsp. because I love the flavor of vanilla with banana. I shared with the neighbor and she immediately wanted the recipe. :)

You can use 2 cans of pumpkin instead of the bananas and adding 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon. Great versatility.
