MOIST BANANA BREAD 
1 cup mashed bananas (2 large)
1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup dairy sour cream

Mash bananas, Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat. Add bananas, sour cream and flour mixture. Beat until blended. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
