1 1/2 c. butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 4 1/2 c. sifted plain flour 1 2/3 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla; mix well. Place on greased cookie sheet; press each cookie VERY thin with a sugared fork or a cookie press. Bake for about 12 minutes at 400°F. | |
