SPINACH-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. raw rice, cooked in chicken broth
Enough chicken broth to cook rice
1 (8 oz.) jar "Cheez-Whiz"
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cut-up mushrooms, drained
1 can French-fried onions for toppings

Mix all the ingredients together after cooking the rice in the chicken broth. Place in a greased casserole and top with the onions. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
