VICTORIA LEE HARMONICA - HEAD'S
SPINACH CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
Garlic salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Handful Parmesan cheese

Combine and cook spinach and mushroom in mushroom liquid, then drain. Melt butter, then add to spinach mixture. Stir in crumbs, onion, cheese and salt and pepper. Beat egg and add to mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
