TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna, drained
2 tbsp. onion, minced
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, drained
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
2 c. (4 slices) bread crumbs

Squeeze spinach to remove excess liquid; place spinach in bottom of greased casserole dish. Sprinkle onion, tuna and eggs over spinach. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over egg mixture. Mix crumbs and butter; pour over top and bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
