RAVIOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni, cooked
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, well-beaten
1/4 c. salad oil

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Cook spinach per package directions. Drain and reserve the liquid. Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup. Combine spinach, liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt; then stir into meat mixture. Combine the spinach with macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup salad oil. Spread spinach mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
