Just made this for my first attempt at Fudge Ever. Tastes great added a little more Peanut butter and handful of mini marshmallows. Taste awesome! Side note for next time Mine came out grainy even after all reviews I read. Will try processing the sugar next time. I also whisked the crap out of it while boiling, my guess is I ruined the crystal process. Live and learn. The plus side is I will have to make more to prove my theory. Anyone ever try Powdered Sugar???

Loved it! Instead of using sugar I added sweetened condensed milk and it still turned out great! Tasted the same

Truly amazed at how simple it was. I also made a batch with almond milk instead of regular for my dairy free friends. So yummy!!!

I can't believe how easy this was. I doubled the quantity of ingredients but left the sugar as 2 cups - and it turned out perfectly. Absolutely lovely and creamy. Am going to try it now with chocolate spread instead of peanut butter. Love it!

My mom always told me to butter the inside of a fudge pan to keep graininess from appearing. If one grain starts it's a chain reaction. Annie

I fixed this recipe... sampled... sampled some more... & more & more... took the remainder into work and it quickly disappeared in comparison to all the other things I took in that day. Now I'll be making this often.

There is a peanut butter fudge even easier than this one. Get a small jar of crunchy or plain peanut butter, then get a bag of the chocolate cream drops with the white center. Mix the two together and pop in microwave for a few , stirring as the two melt. Once the mixture is good and soft, spoon out on a cookie sheet with wax paper into the size nuggets you want. Let them set and enjoy.

My tried and true recipe for peanut butter fudge is similar, except I use 1 cup peanut butter. Also, I mix the sugar and milk and bring to a rolling boil then turn down to simmer for 4 minutes. Take it off the heat and add the peanut butter and the vanilla. Perfect every time.

I put only a cup of sugar because two cups seems like too much.

I wanted to make peanut butter fudge for my daughter; I do not really like peanut butter, so bear that in mind when you read this review. I thought the recipe was too simple to turn out well, but I followed the recipe. After the sugar & milk mixture had boiled a fraction over the 2-1/2 minutes called for in the recipe, I added the peanut butter and vanila, mixed it and poured into the pan. After it cooled, it had not set firmly enough (it really was still very soft) and it had a grainy texture. I put it all back in the pot and brought it to another boil and cooked it to a soft ball stage, then poured it into the pan (again). This time it is creamier, but I will wait to see if it sets up. Beware anything that promises great results with little effort. It's usually too good to be true. I read the reviews, and thought I would give it a try. It could be that it works at sea level, but not in Denver, Colorado.
