Made this peanut butter candy this morning. The "scrapings" from the pan (couldn't wait to eat a cooled piece!! LOL) was delicious. I did like some of the other comments and put brown sugar and marshmallows in it. Can't wait to eat a full piece of this delish "sugar rush"!

I made this for Easter and it got rave reviews! I'm getting ready to make another batch for my family with cravings. This is wicked easy to make, tastes wonderful, and is just as much fun to eat it from the wooden spoon before washing. :)

I used this recipe and while getting ingredients I found I lacked sugar, so I used a half cup of sugar and a cup and a half of hot coco mix and it was the best chocolate fudge I have ever had!!!

First, let me start by saying. .Awesome! These are soooo good. I've made it 3 times so far and never had a problem until, the 4th one which I just made 45 mins ago. I used Peter pan all natural. Well, it's not setting to good. That's the only thing I did different. I've got in freezer to try to get it to set. It's slowly getting there. So, I say stick with the reg. peanut butter.

Thank you.... I have been searching for over an hour for this recipe. I had lost it over time and I knew the ingredients and the measurements... Just wasn't sure what measurement went with what ingredient. I have made this fudge countless times and the graininess typically comes from over stirring when you add the peanut butter. The trick is to just mix it enough so that the peanut butter is stirred in. You are also going to want to stir while the milk and sugar is boiling.

Two discoveries tonight:
1) You don't have to use dairy milk. You can make this vegan by using rice milk instead. It worked just fine.
2) You don't have to wait for it totally cool down. You can eat the fudge straight out of the dish with a spoon. That worked just fine, too!

This came out great!! I made two batches. One with regular PB and one with powered PB. If you've never seen powered peanut butter, it's just ground down peanuts. And it's a very fine powder. You just add water and you have creamy PB. Oh my! The powered version made this delish!! I made it the same but instead I just added 3/4 of a cup of the powder. I thought it might be too strong since its concented. But it was awesome!!! Better than the real PB.

I have tried to make PB fudge several times and it never turned out, but this recipe did. It is so good. It cured my craving, I usually have to wait til the holidays for my aunt's, it's not the same, but it will do.

I am 60 years old and I remember this fudge growing up on the farm. Just a small treat my mother said. This is the first time I have ever made this peanut butter fudge. It is oh so good.

Best way to tell if it's at the right temp is have a bowl of cold water set aside drip a drop of the fudge as is boiling..the first time it clots then throw in pb and stir remove from heat this helps with knowing if it will be grainy or not
