The Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

 Paula (Indiana) says:
I have found that if you don't pre-grease the pan you are cooking in the fudge will be grainy. So run some butter or oleo around the inside walls of the pan first and stir from the bottom only.

Had no butter and searched the net for a fudge recipe I could make with what I had in the house. This came together very easily and is great. I had to use evaporated milk (all I had) and I did the brown sugar/white sugar combo others had suggested. I used almond flavoring instead of vanilla, tastes like a decadent p.b. cookie!

I really like this recipe. I had only tried to make fudge one time with very disappointing results, but I tried this one and love it. It as the name says, Easy. It was a little too sweet for me, so I decreased the sugar by a half cup and it turned out fine.

OMG!!!!! I just made this fudge, and think it is just FABULOUS!!!!! So easy, too! I changed it just a tiny bit, by putting some brown sugar in with white sugar, plus added just a touch of coconut milk, in the milk part. YUM! A keeper recipe!

This was so easy to make! I also made a 2nd batch, this time replacing the 3/4 cup peanut butter with white Nestle chips, once in pan added some crushed peppermint stick, so perfect for Christmas! Everyone loved it. :) Thank you!

I guess maybe I should have used whole milk, as even after I boiled it for 3 mins. it still looked watery. I added the peanut butter and it didn't look like it would ever thicken up, so I boiled it some more until it looked like it might. Then poured it into my pan and now I'm just waiting for it to cool so I can see what happens. You had so many great reviews I'll have to give it a second try, this time using whole milk. Thanks for the recipe.

I LOVED how easy this was and how good it turned out. I did do something different thoough. I really wanted to make sure it was creamy so instead of milk, I used half & half. Oh my goodness this is good. EASY!!!!

Just use superfine sugar to cut down on the grainy feature. If you can't find superfine sugar in the store just food process some regular sugar until it is superfine. A simple recipe that can make many different flavors of fudge. Just experiment by stirring in something different at the end providing it will melt. Experimenting is half the fun in cooking!

DELICIOUS!!!!!!! and EASY!!!!!!!!!!! I remember as a kid making peanut butter fudge and waiting for all eternity on the "soft ball stage" and then there was still no guaranty that it would set up, but this recipe OMG! (and my G is for gosh) this stuff is sooooooooo fast and sooooooooo good. I've given it to several people and they love it too. On my last batch I used half and half instead of milk and it is more fudge consistancy (softer) than the others I made, but it is delicious made with regular milk too. Thanks
