The Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This recipe is as close as I've found yet to my mother's recipe, which I have unfortunately lost. The only ingredient missing is butter, and I remember that it had to boil to 235°F. My problem is I don't remember the ingredient proportions. Anyone have the above recipe with butter also?

So easy and super good! I even used powdered milk in place of regular (hey, what can I say, I'm on a budget)and was pleasantly surprised at how great it turned out. Making a few more batches tonight to give away it was so quick, easy and delicious!

This recipe is very similar to one that my mom used to make when I was a kid. We used 1 cup of milk and rum flavoring instead of the vanilla. Either way...sooooo yummy!

Very good recipe. I used half&half instead of milk - it's what I had... and I did add some mini marshmallows with peanut butter after stirring sugar and milk very well. Came out delish!

I haven't made this yet, but one person commented that she used pineapple in it? Hmm. Interesting idea. Has anyone else tried this?

This recipe is very easy and I can make it in about 10 minutes. This Christmas I made this fudge and put into plastic cookie containers for giving away.

So I used brown sugar and regular sugar. I also added about a cup of marshmallow, whatever was left in the bag from Christmas, it's not totally cool yet but hubby and I just had a delicious piece. Almost subdued my craving for ice cream.

If you make this fudge and it turns out grainy, you have cooked it too long. My grandma made this fudge when I was growing up, it was my FAVORITE!

This was AMAZING! I think I must not have boiled it quite long enough as it is a tad grainy, but nothing beyond what I can live with! I couldn't even wait for it to cool! This one's a keeper!!

As with all recipes that involve boiling sugar and milk/water, yo either need a candy thermometer temp or some point of reference to judge by. People seldom agree when something actually begins boiling, so the 2.5 minute part is completely useless.

I lost my PB fudge recipe so when I found this one and tried it I was in heaven. It was faster and easier and my family ate every piece and begged me to make more!!
