POPPY SEED LOAF 
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix and pour into loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Glaze:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Mix together and pour over hot loaves.

Makes 2 loaves.
