LEMON POPPY SEED LOAF 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Betty Crocker super lemon or Pillsbury Plus lemon.

Beat first 4 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. top with Sugar Glaze or leave plain.

SUGAR GLAZE:

Gradually add 1 tablespoon milk, water, or lemon juice to 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar. Drizzle over loaf.
