POPPY SEED LOAF 
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Glaze:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix liquid ingredients. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir 30 seconds. Grease bottom only of a large loaf pan. Pour batter into pan.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until done. Remove from pan. While warm, drizzle with glaze of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Cool completely before slicing.
