CHILI CONCARNI 
2-3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
1-2 cans red kidney beans
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. to 2 tbsp. chili powder (according to taste)
1/2 bay leaf
1 tsp. sugar

Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onion and beef. Stir in other ingredients. Cover and cook slow for about 1 hour.
