MAGIC MAYONNAISE | |
To make, just shake! Won't curdle! 2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice 1/4 cup salad oil or melted butter 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp. salt dash of cayenne pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard powder Place ingredients in jar (or cruet), cover tightly, and shake vigorously for 2 minutes. If thicker consistency is desired, chill before serving. Note: May place in mixing bowl and beat with rotary beater until mixture thickens. Makes 1 1/4 cups. |
